We aim to deliver all orders quickly and securely. Please review our policy below.

1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to all UAE emirates and selected international destinations.
Certain remote areas may incur additional delivery time or cost.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

• Dubai / Sharjah / Abu Dhabi: 1–3 business days

• Other Emirates: 3–5 business days

• International Orders: 7–15 business days depending on customs clearance

Delays may occur during public holidays or due to courier issues beyond our control.

3. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address.
Free delivery may apply to orders above a certain value (displayed at checkout).

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking details.

5. DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence.

6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
