RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, you can request a return or refund under the following terms:

1. ELIGIBILITY

You may return items if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The item is unused and in original packaging

2. EXCLUSIONS

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care or hygiene items

  • Customized or made-to-order items

3. RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact our support team at info@strandtrade.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  3. Our team will arrange pickup or provide return instructions.

4. REFUND PROCESS

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.
