RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, you can request a return or refund under the following terms:
1. ELIGIBILITY
You may return items if:

The item is defective, damaged, or not as described

The wrong item was delivered

The item is unused and in original packaging
2. EXCLUSIONS
Returns are not accepted for:

Perishable goods

Personal care or hygiene items

Customized or made-to-order items
3. RETURN PROCESS

Contact our support team at info@strandtrade.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Our team will arrange pickup or provide return instructions.
4. REFUND PROCESS

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

For COD orders, refunds will be via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.
